By subscribing to our graphic design services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Subscription Agreement: The client agrees to a recurring subscription for graphic design services as outlined in the agreed-upon package.

Payment: Subscription fees will be charged automatically on the agreed-upon schedule.

Cancellation: The client may cancel the subscription with prior notice according to the terms specified in the subscription agreement.

Refunds: No refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period upon cancellation.

Intellectual Property: The client retains usage rights for all designs created during the active subscription period.

Communication: The client agrees to maintain open communication to facilitate the timely delivery of design services.

Quality Assurance: The designer ensures that all work meets high-quality standards. The client has the opportunity to review and request adjustments during the revision phase.

Termination of Subscription: Either party has the right to terminate the subscription with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for services rendered up to that point.

Refunds: No refunds will be provided for the current subscription period, even in the event of early termination.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep any sensitive information shared during the subscription term confidential.
